Another captain we have been chartering about as long as we have been around is Captain Randy Wilson, a legend on the Costa Rica sportfishing scene for a quarter-century. Randy has been a mainstay of Tamarindo fishing in the North Pacific since the mid-1970s. Randy also pioneered catch-and-release fishing in Costa Rica. In addition, he designed his own special circle hooks to reduce injury to the fish.
